Editar o menu da tela

boot - grub - grub.cfg [abra o arquivo com o editor de texto]
procure a entrada
ex: menuentry "ubuntu-12.04-desktop-amd64.iso"
edite somente o que estiver entre parenteses
ex: menuentry "Ubuntu 12.04 x64"
